My Motivation I have always thought as a leader. However, in 2016, I had a revelation on the subject of leadership. I observed that there was a deficit of good leadership in Nigeria and that one of the ways to solve it was to ensure that the younger generation knows they are our leaders, “Leaders of tomorrow!” Once in my teenage years, I seriously goofed and was stripped of my leadership position of over about one hundred girls. My takeaway? Be confident, know what is going on around you, speak up and be very wise. Since that singular unpleasant experience, I have gathered knowledge on the subject of Leadership. All my submissions, which are observable in any environment, have been given legitimacy by authorities in the subject of Leadership. I am privileged to have taken my father’s advice to write in order to preserve my thoughts and hopefully widen my vision of the young in our various societies, taking the lead. 2016 was obviously a year of revelation. It was the same year I introduced Leadership to young children. Not only was it well attended, the notes they received and all information that was shared keep all of the attendees grounded. I am optimistic that teenagers and young adults will attain the values and develop the skills they need to live a productive life, impacting not only themselves but the community as a whole. It has taken me over a year of devoted work to write this book. I am sure and convinced that it is the right thing to do. To drive home the message in each Chapter, I have provided fictional stories not only to entertain you but to enable you understand the purport and intention behind the information given.
