Pastor Pamela Akpobomoere PeaceLove Danzu-Mohammed
is a native of Trofani Domain in Sagbama Local Government Area of Bayelsa State, Nigeria.

Her journalism career began as an intern at the Broadcasting Corporation of Oyo State (BCOS), Ibadan between 1994 and 1995. During this period, she served as a proofreader, roving reporter, and later as Correspondent to the Chairperson and Wife of the Oyo State Military Administrator, Mrs. Chinyere Ngozi Nwosu, at Government House, Agodi. From 1995 to 1997, she was assigned as BCOS North-East Correspondent.

Between 1998 and 1999, she undertook her National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme at the Katsina State Radio and Television Services (KRTV), where she distinguished herself as a reporter, producer, and presenter of live and recorded programmes. Notably, she anchored Kumayo Express (a one-hour live TV programme), NYSC Calling (a radio programme), and served as a newscaster. She also became the Editor-in-Chief of Drug Watch, a publication of Katsina State NYSC, which was officially launched by the wife of the then State Governor.

In 2001, she joined the Bayelsa State Broadcasting Corporation (Radio Bayelsa) as a casual staff, and by 2002, was confirmed as a permanent staff member in the News and Current Affairs Department. Popularly known on air as Sisi or The Babe, she has become one of the station’s longest-serving producers and presenters.

Over the years, she has anchored several enduring programmes including: Bible Quiz (Sundays), which inspired the publication of Know Your Bible (Treasures) Vols. 1–3, as well as Children’s Edition, The Five Books of Moses, The Synoptic Gospels, and God’s Problem with Man Vols. 1–3.

Other notable programmes such as Feminine Fancies (Mondays), Christian Debate, Road Safety Time, Dialogue (Wednesdays), Drill Bayelsa (Fridays), and Knowledge Contest (Schools’ Debate/ Couples’ Night (Saturdays).


Pastor Akpobomoere has attended several professional trainings, including with the FRCN, BBC World Service Trust, and the World Bank Institute on Investigative Journalism. She holds a B.A., PGD, and M.A. in Mass Communication from the University of Maiduguri, the University of Port Harcourt, and the National Open University of Nigeria respectively.

From April 2021 to April 2024, she served as Acting Director of the News and Current Affairs Department, Radio Bayelsa, and has also headed various units within the department.

Beyond broadcasting, she is a seasoned Pastor, author, and mentor, dedicated to using media and ministry as tools for transformation and nation building.
