Dr. David Ogbueli is a visionary leader and social reformer dedicated to empowering Africa’s youth and driving national transformation. As President of the Golden Heart Foundation, he spearheads initiatives like the National Youth Summit, impacting over 50,000 young Nigerians annually. He also serves on the board of the Institute of Nigeria Transformation (INT), shaping future leaders across the continent.

Dr. Ogbueli is the senior Pastor of Dominion City International, with a growing presence across Nigeria, and major cities of the world. He founded The Center for National Development, The National Youth Academy, The Priesthood Institute and Dominion Leadership Institute, institutions committed to mindset change, personal growth, and societal transformation.

An alumnus of the University of Nigeria and prestigious institutions like Harvard Business School, Lagos Business School, and NIPSS, he blends human capital development with practical leadership. He is married to Pastor Sarah Ogbueli, and they have four children.
