Jerry Okon-Ita is a business growth strategist, sales leader, entrepreneurship advocate, and author with over a decade of experience working with entrepreneurs, businesses, and growth-focused organisations across Nigeria.

His experience spans entrepreneurship development, business growth, sales, partnerships, leadership, and fintech. He has worked closely with entrepreneurs at different stages of their journeys, helping them think more clearly about their businesses, understand their customers, build stronger systems, and navigate the realities of growing in Nigeria.

Jerry's entrepreneurship journey includes his work with FATE Foundation, where he supported programmes designed to equip aspiring and existing entrepreneurs with practical business knowledge. In 2018, through FATE Foundation's partnership with Facebook, he was part of an entrepreneurship training programme that reached 420 entrepreneurs across eight states in Nigeria. It was through experiences like these that he saw, firsthand, the gap between having the ambition to build a business and having the structure required to make that business sustainable.

He has since continued to work at the intersection of people, businesses, and growth—building sales teams, developing strategic partnerships, designing growth initiatives, and working within Nigeria's evolving fintech ecosystem.
