Revd Dr Joseph Chileakam Ofoegbu was born the last of six brothers to a security-guard father and a cook mother in Owerri, Nigeria, a childhood so lean that he once carried bread through the streets to help feed his family. Today, he's a digital criminologist, Anglican cleric, and one of Africa's emerging voices on responsible technology and digital literacy.

He holds a PhD in Peace and Security Studies from the University of Port Harcourt, a Master's degree in New Testament Studies from the University of Jos, and a Bachelor of Divinity from the Theological College of Northern Nigeria, alongside professional certifications spanning artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, criminology, forensic investigation, conflict management, digital marketing, and alternative dispute resolution a rare combination of academic rigour, pastoral wisdom, and practical digital expertise that shapes everything he writes.

As Anglican Chaplain at Pamo University of Medical Sciences, Port Harcourt, and founder of Divine Digital Technology House, Dr Ofoegbu is on a mission to help ordinary Africans students, traders, teachers, pastors, and parents use artificial intelligence to learn, earn, and thrive, without losing their faith, culture, or dignity in the process. He has written several books across his growing library, spanning digital literacy, faith, and personal development.

His story is his message: that no one is too poor, too old, or too forgotten to learn and lead in the digital age. He lives in Port Harcourt with his wife, Grace, and their three children.
