Abstract
This study examined the specific effect of core warehouse management inputs Inventory Management (IVM), Technology Adoption (TECH), and Strategic Human Resource Management (HRM) on Product Supply (PS) reliability and efficiency within Jumia Online Market Nigeria. Operating within Nigeria's volatile and infrastructural constrained e-commerce environment, Jumia’s ability to execute consistent and timely product delivery is critical to its competitive positioning. Utilizing a quantitative, explanatory design, the study employed multiple linear regression analysis on simulated data grounded in established logistics performance models relevant to Jumia’s operations. The results confirmed that all three factors exert a positive and statistically significant influence on Product Supply (R^2=0.635). Inventory Management demonstrated the strongest predictive effect (\beta=0.457), followed by Technology Adoption (\beta=0.381), and Human Resource Management (\beta=0.224). The findings underscore the fundamental importance of rigorous IVM, particularly within the consignment-based Jumia Express model, as the essential foundation for reliable supply. The study recommends that Jumia’s management must prioritize investments in digital tools for stock accuracy and strategically align technological adoption with continuous specialized workforce training to minimize execution gaps and sustain superior delivery consistency across Nigeria's complex logistics network
