More Than Just a Number! In life, many of us have experienced the pressure of school exams, IQ tests, or performance reviews. We are taught from a young age that these numbers define our abilities, our worth, and our future. But here's the truth: No exam or test can measure the vast potential inside you. You are not just a score on a piece of paper. You are far more—because you were created in the image of God, and your potential is limitless. This book in no way and by no means undermines the importance of formal education. What the book stresses is that no one should think less of themselves or their potential on account of the grade class they got from school. Getting good grades from school has its place in advancing a person’s life. But what if you tried your best in school and couldn’t get the A’s or the B’s? Does it mean you are less or inferior to the person who got the A’s? NO! Your potential is limitless, and thus, should not be reduced or limited to only your ability in academics. Education in life goes far beyond what you receive in a classroom setting. You may not do too well in classroom education judging by the exams or tests you took. But that doesn’t mean there are no other areas of life in which you can excel beyond the human imagination. The ability to perform well at school or in formal education is just one of the many potentials that God has given to man. But does that mean schools should close down? The answer is NO. Let's embark on a journey to understand why no human-made tool can define us and why God's vision for us is greater than any grade or result obtained from school.
