This paper explores the critical role of library services and strategic partnerships in improving quality education and fostering sustainable development in Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.  The study addressed three research questions and objectives. It adopted a qualitative research paradigm abd interview guide to gather data. The research involved a total sample of 10 respondents observed within their ethnographic, natural environment.  The discussions and findings revealed that quality education is significantly influenced by the quality of services provided by libraries in educational institutions. The study recommends the integration of modern library applications and utilization of current resources, such as updated books and databases, to align with current trends and needs.  In conclusion, the research underscores the pivotal role of libraries in supporting educational institutions, both directly and indirectly, by providing essential services that enhance educational outcomes
