This study explored the impact of diversity and inclusivity on library leadership for effective service delivery in academic libraries in Nigeria. The significance of this study is based on the fact that diversity and inclusivity in library leadership enhances formulating meaningful policies for effective service delivery strategies. The descriptive survey study was employed, and questionnaire was used to collect data from all the heads and deputy heads of library in higher education institutions in Ondo and Ekiti States, Nigeria. Descriptive statistical tools were employed for data analysis. The study revealed that there is moderate level of inclusivity in library leadership in term of leadership practices, conferences, workshops, training, and scholarships; encouragement of good working relationships among staff. The study also found a positive significant relationship between diversity in library leadership and service delivery, and a positive significant relationship between inclusivity in library leadership and service delivery among the staff. It was recommended that the culture of inclusivity and diversity should be imbibed by library leadership in higher education institutions in Nigeria.
