The paper investigated collaborative technologies and information services delivery in university libraries in River State. It adopted the correlational research design, the population of the study consisted of all the 44 librarians drawn from five University libraries in Rivers State. Census sampling technique was used to select all the population although only 40 copies of the questionnaire was successfully returned and used for analysis. The instrument for data collection was a structured questionnaire titled "Collaborative Technology and Information Service Delivery" (CTISD) which was validated by a specialist in Test and Measurement. Cronbach Alpha formula was used to determine the reliability which yielded a coefficient of 0.86. The data was analyzed using Pearson Product Moment Correlation (PPMC) and the hypotheses tested at 0.05 alpha level. Findings of the study shows that there is a significant positive relationship between google meet, electronic mail, zoom and information services delivery in university libraries in Rivers State. The study concluded that in this digital era collaborative technology should be integrated in the delivery of information services to users. It was therefore recommended that all academic libraries should embrace the use of collaborative technologies such as google meet, electronic mail, zoom application and others for effective and efficient service delivery.
