The study explored management of e-resources in Nigerian university libraries in South-South, Nigeria. The population and sample consisted of 290 librarians. Data were collected through questionnaire. A total of 212 (73.1%) copies of valid questionnaire were used for the analysis. Data were analyzed using frequency counts and simple percentages. The study revealed that licensing of e-resources and expertise are require in managing e-resources, planning and policies serve as guidelines for e-resources management, and inadequate personnel to handled e-tools was the major problem militating against the management of e-resources in the university libraries. The study concluded that formulation of policies on e-resources management; training and retraining of staff would enhance e-resource management.
