Influence of Library and Information Services Ergonomics on Performance of National Library of Nigeria’s Librarians for Intellectual Freedom Through Readership Promotion Campaign

The study examined influence of library and information services ergonomics on the performance of the National Library of Nigeria’s librarians for intellectual freedom through readership promotion campaign. It adopted a descriptive survey design. Data were collected using validated questionnaire and were analyzed using descriptive statistics with the aid of Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The study found positive significant relationship between library and information services ergonomics and the performance of the National library of Nigeria’s librarians for intellectual freedom through readership promotion campaign (r =.541, P < .05). It was recommended that the management should improve on the library and information services ergonomics variables.
