The study investigated the attitude of library and information science students towards the utilization of library facilities in state universities in Rivers State. Descriptive survey was adopted as the design of the study and this was carried out in Rivers State in Nigeria. The population of the study consist of 314 registered undergraduate students of Library and Information Science of Rivers State University and 229 undergraduate students of Library and Information Science of Ignatius Ajuru University of Education. A structured questionnaire was used for data collection in the study and the data collected was analyzed using mean and the results were presented in tables. The finding of the study shows that the students frequently make use of the computer. The finding also shows that the students are very satisfied with the use of the computers, current printed materials, internet services, abstracts and reading space. The finding highlighted major challenges affecting utilization of library facilities as lack of skill in using those facilities, inadequate current and relevant library materials, erratic power supply and poor library staff/user relationship. This study recommended that the library management should provide additional ICT/Internet facilities to enhance computerized library services to users.
